Register

Advanced beginner knitting projects will prepare you to make garments like vests, simple scarves, and hats. We'll teach you how to work with double-pointed needles, how to knit short rows, make cables and lace. You'll have homework in-between classes so you can finish a simple project like a mug rug or Marakata cowl. We aim to help build your skills in a low-pressure way.

Level: Advanced Beginner - students should be able to knit and purl

Materials provided by instructor: Knitting patterns

Students should bring: Students should bring a skein of sport weight or DK yarn, size 5 or 6 double-pointed needles and a cable needle.
