Another Big Fiber Giveaway + Knit For Food Event

Local Cloth is hosting a one-day Big Fiber Giveaway (BFG) on Saturday, April 5th at the Fellowship Hall on the Warren Wilson campus in Swannanoa, NC.  Hours will be from 10am to 3pm.

In addition, this is Knit for Food day - come for the giveaway, stay to knit & craft for food! You can join our team and/or donate to our Knit for Food fundraiser by using this link!

This special free shopping event provides an opportunity for Western North Carolina fiber artists and farmers impacted by Hurricane Helene to replace their lost supplies and tools, shopping among hundreds of fiber donations that we have received from individuals, guilds and groups across the country. 

This free shopping event is also open to anyone from our fibershed region not impacted by Hurricane Helene in exchange for a donation to support our rebuilding efforts. Donations can be made in-person during the event or electronically.

Fellowship Hall is located behind the church. When you turn from Warren Wilson Road and see the chapel in front of you, you drive to the left around to the back.
