Local Cloth is hosting a one-day Big Fiber Giveaway (BFG) on Saturday, February 8th at the Center for Pioneer Life in Burnsville, NC. Hours will be from 10am to 3pm.
This special free shopping event provides an opportunity for Western North Carolina fiber artists and farmers impacted by Hurricane Helene to replace their lost supplies and tools, shopping among hundreds of fiber donations that we have received from individuals, guilds and groups across the country.
This free shopping event is also open to anyone from our fibershed region not impacted by Hurricane Helene in exchange for a donation to support our rebuilding efforts. Donations can be made in-person during the event or electronically.
