Fiber Reactive dyes are the best choice for dyeing cotton, rayon, tencil and other cellulose fibers. These cold-water dyes produce vivid, permanent colors and are great for immersion dyeing, low-water dyeing and printing. While they can be used on cloth, yarn, or fiber, we will be dyeing skeins: 3 solid color and 2 matching variegated skeins, to create a color palate for your next project. We will also dye small samples to keep for color studies. Various dyeing techniques will be discussed.
