V- Button Up! Making Shirtwaist Buttons

Consider the many ways you can use your handmade buttons to beautify your wardrobe. You can match the sweater you are knitting or add interest to a sewn garment. These buttons can "pop" on a purse or scarf. You will make at least one classic shirtwaist button - perhaps two - in our time together.

Level: Beginning

Materials: A template will be emailed to those who sign up.

Student should have: You will need a 1" ring - plastic curtain rings work very well, a bit of sandpaper, embroidery floss, needle and a fine-point sharpie marker.
