Hat on a Ball

This is a relatively quick and simple way of making a cloche, beret or flared brim style of felt hat. Students will learn how to manipulate the materials and understand the process. Each student will make a simple hat, with or without embellishments. Different colored fleece will be provided as well as design extras such as mohair, fancy yarns, metallics, etc. Participants are encouraged to bring special yarns or fleece of their own that they may want to use and/or share in their projects.
