Sewing for Handwovens: Understitching and Clipping

When you sew with handwovens understanding clipping, notching and under- stitching is necessary to reduce bulk yet keep edges from raveling. These combined techniques will make a firm, compact edge/facing that appropriately folds to the inside and stays in place.
