Surface Design is the designing and altering of cloth and we do hands on experiments each month. Some of our past activities have included sampling every type of fabric paint, soy wax batik, creating rubber stamps, gelatin plate mono printing, trying out oil Paintstiks, adding texture to cloth, stenciling techniques, and discharging on cloth. We welcome anyone who is interested in altering cloth!
