The Daniel Stowe botanical garden has reached out to Local Cloth in search of an instructor to teach a one-day weaving or vegetal dyeing workshop next february. The workshop would be beginner level, and they are looking for interesting proposals. They also would like people to do demos of both topics for children in March. 

They have no equipment on hand, and are not specific about what they want. It is in conjunction with a special exhibit there from the wissawassef weaving group in Egypt. The garden is in gaston county, just east of Charlotte. Teachers and demonstrators would be paid.
