In this class you will learn the basics of how to needle felt a 3 dimensional critter. Your finished critter will be 3-4" tall. This time we will be making a bird, your bird will be able to perch in a plant or roost on a branch. Everything you need to make your bird will be provided. This list includes foam felting pad, needle felting needles, wool in various colors and lots of pictures for ideas. You can choose to make any type/color of bird that you choose. You will leave with a new skill and a cute bird to take home.

Materials fee: $5 cash or card (collected at time of workshop)
Materials provided by instructor: foam felting pad, needle felting needles, wool in various colors and lots of pictures for ideas.
Students should bring: If you have a piece of wood you want to mount your bird on, bring it. I will hunt for some appropriate pieces. I will bring the mounting wire. Bring a snack for yourself or to share if desired.
